Job Title
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shopping centre in Bathurst.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in retail and property management, looking to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organisation.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Operational management of the shopping centre
o Team management and recruitment of additional staff
o Maintaining positive relations with retailers, customers, suppliers and local government
o Responsibility for the overall performance of the centre
o Assessing the performance of retailers and identifying opportunities to improve sales
o Monthly reporting to the management team
o Competitor/market research
o Collaboration with the national team on centre strategy and development plans
To be considered for this role, you will have experience as a Centre Manager, Retail Manager or similar position, along with strong operational and leadership skills.
