About the Role
You'll be building high end custom cabinetry and solid timber joinery and furniture in the workshop, then installing full home joinery packages — kitchens, robes, vanities, laundries, entertainment units, and bespoke one-off pieces.
You'll take ownership of quality workmanship, onsite problem-solving, and delivering projects with a high level of accuracy and minimal defects.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manufacturing custom cabinetry and solid timber components.
* Installing kitchens, robes, vanities, laundries, and full home joinery packages.
* Completing onsite adjustments, scribing, trimming, and precision fit-off.
* Working from plans, cut lists, and job files with accuracy.
* Producing one-off custom timber pieces with high attention to detail.
* Ensuring quality control from workshop to install.
* Communicating professionally with clients, builders & team members.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace.
What You'll Bring
* Qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery.
* Strong solid timber joinery experience (laminating, custom components, detailed work).
* Proven installation experience for residential joinery.
* Confidence working independently and solving onsite challenges.
* High attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
* A calm, steady approach and friendly team attitude.
* Driver's licence (White Card preferred).
