Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in the western suburbs, VIC, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily responsibilities include property showings, guiding clients through negotiations, ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves promoting properties, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service to meet client needs.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property guidelines and regulations
* Strong Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients
* Sales expertise with a proven ability to close transactions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage time effectively and work in a hybrid environment
* Proficiency in understanding the Truganina, VIC housing market is a plus
* Previous experience in real estate or a related field is highly desirable
