The Role Toll People are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Warehouse staff for our client based in Port Kembla. This role is based at the Steelworks and therefore a strong focus on safety and ability to work with heavy product is required. The successful candidates will be responsible for various warehouse duties such as packing steel coils into containers, cutting rubber and timber, packing poly, strapping the product and other warehouse duties as required. These are casual assignments, and therefore candidates with flexible availability will be highly considered. Average shifts are Monday to Friday weekends as required. Key Responsibilities Loading steel coils into containers (ready to be exported) Cutting rubber, timber and poly for packing Strapping and securing the product Labelling, scanning and documenting product details as required Other general warehouse duties as instructed Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times Skills and Experience Ability to keep up with the physical demands of the job - loading and unloading steel product Excellent communication skills A focus on working safely Availability to start immediately About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
