About us:

Northprint is a growing Toowoomba-based uniform, promotional product and merchandise business working with clients across trade, agriculture and oil & gas industries Australia-wide.

We're known for being the friendly local printers who genuinely care - about quality, about doing things properly, and about looking after our clients like mates. Many of our clients work with us long term, and we see ourselves as partners in their success rather than just another supplier.

The Role

This is a relationship-led role with real commercial responsibility.

You'll manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring they continue to receive the high level of service Northprint is known for, while also identifying opportunities to expand accounts and support larger programs.

You'll manage your own pipeline, prepare quotes, attend client meetings, and work closely with our production team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This role would suit someone with experience in the uniforms or promotional products industry who enjoys building long-term client relationships and growing accounts the right way.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing B2B clients
* Act as the primary relationship contact for assigned accounts
* Build long-term partnerships through regular communication, site visits and client meetings
* Identify opportunities to expand accounts and introduce new uniform or merchandise programs
* Prepare accurate quotes and make product recommendations
* Manage your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to production handover
* Liaise closely with production and design teams to ensure jobs are delivered smoothly
* Help improve sales and customer service processes as the business grows

About You

We're looking for someone who understands our industry and enjoys building strong client relationships.

Essential experience:

* Experience in uniforms and/or promotional products
* B2B sales and account management experience
* Experience growing accounts and managing ongoing client relationships
* Strong understanding of industries such as trade, agriculture or resources
* Comfortable using CRM systems, quoting platforms and business software
* Highly organised with strong communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience managing large or multi-site accounts

Experience with tenders or uniform portals

Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
