Therapeutic Practice Lead
Create a supportive environment for young people in residential placements, prioritizing their voice and wellbeing through assessments and tailored support plans.
* Promote trauma-informed practices within the team and provide training and coaching to enhance placement stability.
* Facilitate effective transitions by fostering family and community-inclusive approaches.
About You
* Necessary qualifications include Social Work, Psychology, or Allied Health degrees, along with equivalent experience.
* Working with young people in out-of-home care and knowledge of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and trauma-informed practices are essential.
* Foster excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
