Deloitte is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Lead to join its Workforce Payroll Solutions (WPS) team, with specific delivery experience and knowledge in Solution Oversight / Solution Architecture. As a Senior Specialist Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving successful implementation projects for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while providing support, advice, and guidance to team members to help educate and develop their solution capabilities.
About the Role:
The role involves possessing deep Dayforce end-to-end solution knowledge, applying this knowledge to successfully lead and deliver Dayforce projects in the role of Solution Oversight. You will be responsible for leading, influencing, and guiding the architecture and design of end-to-end Dayforce solutions and integrating these within a client's broader technology ecosystem. Additionally, you will provide support, expert advice, and guidance to team members to help educate and develop their solution capabilities and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership, direction, and guidance on projects
* Lead and facilitate workshops with clients, including senior stakeholders
* Evaluate and solve complex requirements
* Advise on design and configuration options
* Provide ongoing functional and technical advice and team development support
* Coach and mentor team members and support their growth and development
Requirements:
* Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a solution oversight and/or senior consultant in configuring and deploying Dayforce
* Experience in interpreting, formalizing, communicating, and assessing requirements in solution oversight or architecture roles
* Specialist knowledge of the full Dayforce product suite
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and teams
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
* Detail-oriented mindset ensuring accuracy and quality
* Qualifications in Business, HR, IT, or related areas are advantageous
