About this Role
The Boeing Airpower Teaming System (ATS) project is a game-changing program that will deliver a significant advantage in airborne missions. Developed in partnership with the Royal Australian Air Force, it is the first military combat aircraft to be designed, manufactured and assembled in Australia in 50 years.
As we continue to accelerate the development program, and expand the aircraft flight envelope through the test program, we are seeking highly skilled Project Managers to join our team. Successful applicants will have demonstrated experience in managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning of new, high-priority projects for the ATS Program
* Execute high-priority projects alongside Engineering, Supply Management, Production, Sustainment and Flight Test teams
* Manage change management proposals and projects while maintaining baselines
* Provide effective management and leadership for all project resources and scope of assigned projects
* Report on current status of project performance to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Demonstrated proficiency in project management areas including scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, supply chain and communication
* High-level communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building successful relationships with various stakeholders
* Formal tertiary qualifications in STEM, Business or Management fields (desired)
* NV1 clearance or ability to obtain
* Australian citizenship
