Job Description
Serco's Cabarlah Clinic provides primary medical, dental, nursing, mental health and physiotherapy services to Defence members at Borneo Barracks.
Main Responsibilities
* To deliver high-quality primary care to Defence personnel.
* To work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
* To conduct fitness-for-duty assessments and pre/post-deployment healthcare.
* To provide medical advice to Defence health leaders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
This position requires:
* A strong foundation in general practice with the ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with Defence personnel.
* The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and service excellence.
