Key role within our organisation is to ensure high-quality services supporting Defence personnel wellbeing and operational readiness. We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead the charge in delivering exceptional food and beverage services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, coordinating staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include management of safe food delivery and Front of House services, managing Mess Concierges and Food and Beverage Attendants.
Responsibilities Include:
* Management of daily operations including financial management relating to product deliverables, supplier and customer accounts
* Conduct of regular Food Safety Audits and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocols
* Preventive management of food safety hazards
* Review customer feedback on a daily basis, ensuring concerns are investigated
* Participate in recruitment and identify suitable candidates to join the team
Requirements:
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate required
* Food Safety for Supervisors Certificate advantageous
* 2+ Years experience supervising food and beverage attendants
* In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, legislation, regulatory compliance, and HACCP principles
* Hold a current Australian Driver's License and own transport to drive across sites
