Sales Development Representative (Inbound Leads) | Work From Home or Hybrid | 20-25 hrs p/w.

We're growing — and we're looking for a confident, tech-savvy Sales Development Representative who enjoys connecting with people, qualifying warm leads, and turning great conversations into booked appointments.
About the Role
You'll speak with warm inbound leads who have already reached out to us — no cold calling.
Your job is to connect, qualify, and guide them into the next step: a Discovery Call with you, followed by a Strategy Session with the Managing Director.
This is a part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week) with the flexibility to work from home or in a hybrid arrangement at our Terrigal HQ.
There's plenty of room to grow with us as the business expands.
What You'll Do
* Call and qualify warm inbound leads using our proven framework
* Conduct short Discovery Calls to understand business needs and hiring goals
* Book qualified Strategy Sessions for the Managing Director
* Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in Go High Level (GHL)
* Collaborate with our digital marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality
* Achieve weekly KPIs for booked, well-qualified appointments
* Represent You Solved professionally — every conversation builds trust
What We're Looking For
* Fluent English and a clear, confident phone manner (non negotiable)
* Excellent communication and active listening skills
* Experience or interest in sales — recruitment, HR, or service-based sales ideal
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs (GHL, HubSpot, or similar)
* Organised, reliable, and results-driven
* A positive attitude and desire to grow long-term with the company
