The ability to effectively engage with Parent/caregivers to identify needs of child/children
Maintain working relationships with service providers to enable ongoing support for clients after exiting the Service.
Gather and record statistical data relevant to measuring performance against agreed indicators and participate in review and evaluation activities.
Work within Gungarde Community Centre Aboriginal Corporation' Workplace Health and Safety requirements and instruction and advise of any concerns about safety in the workplace.
Contribute to continuous improvement processes and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with relevant standards and safe, effective service delivery.
Work within the bounds of approved policies and procedures and abide by the Code of Conduct of the organisation.
Participate in organisational and community activities to advance the support of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Families.
Support Parent/Caregivers in awareness of and engagement with their child/children's learning, wellbeing and development.
Maintain close working relationships between Parents & Child/Children and the ability to support the improvement of child/children's development
Support parental capabilities and confidence in parenting and parenting self-efficacy
Connect and maintain relationships with community and accessing the services actively including kindergarten and playgroups.
Ability to actively work across existing child, family or community services, supported playgroups and services/agencies to deliver appropriate holistic service response.
