Position: Hatch Bartender – Hatch: More Than Just Brunch. We are here to change the perception of the typical brunch. It’s about living in the moment, the start of a great day and connecting with friends and our community. Surprising takes on brunch classics are served with a contagious passion for life and serving others.
Hours of operation: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Plan and present bar menu.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender.
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
- Relevant training certificate.
- MUST be available during hours of operation!
Pay
Hourly pay (NY only) – $11.00 per hour plus tips. If your wage + tips does not equal at least minimum wage, your hourly pay will be adjusted to minimum wage.
