Responsibilities
* Prepare, mix, knead, and bake a variety of bread and baked goods
* Monitor fermentation, proofing, and baking processes
* Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation
* Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
* Manage stock and assist with ingredient ordering
* Work efficiently within a team to meet production targets
Requirements
* Relevant qualification in baking or at least 2–3 years of hands‐on experience in a commercial bakery environment
* Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques
* Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in high‐volume production
* Excellent time‐management skills with the ability to work early‐morning shifts, weekends, and in fast‐paced settings
* Strong attention to detail, hygiene standards, and ability to work effectively within a team
