What will you do?
* Lead and develop the food and beverage and customer service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Set the strategic direction of food and beverage operations to drive revenue, efficiency, and service standards
* Plan and manage labour resourcing, including effective rostering
* Control food and beverage costs in close collaboration with the culinary team
* Deliver an upscale dining experience through the implementation of GuestPath and the guest assurance program
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, brand standards, internal controls, and financial planning requirements
More About You
* Degree in hospitality management or relevant discipline, or significant industry experience required; MBA highly regarded
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Ability to think strategically and plan on a mid to long-term scale.
* Proven experience in leading multiple outlets and the ability to demonstrate increased revenue in previous positions
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
* Availability across a 7 day roster, including days and nights
