About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and driven Assistant Project Managers to join our growing team in Darwin. With a strong pipeline of infrastructure work, particularly across the utilities sector, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career and gain hands‐on experience working on complex, meaningful projects alongside some of the best in the business.
In This Role, You Will
- Support project planning, procurement, and coordination activities
- Prepare clear and accurate documentation (reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and updates)
- Track project actions, timelines, and deliverables to maintain momentum
- Coordinate inputs from consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
- Contribute to safe, efficient, and high‐quality project delivery practices
- Assist with maintaining accurate project records and documentation
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting a wide range of projects and sectors
About You
- 1‐4 years' experience in project development, project management, construction.
- Exposure to infrastructure or utilities sector projects is desirable.
- A tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
