About the Role
This is a full-time position based at our Newcastle clinic, offering variety and flexibility. You'll work across a blended caseload of private clients, NDIS participants (including paediatric, adolescent and adult participants), and aged care clients – both within the clinic and in the community.
What you'll be doing:
* Manage a varied caseload with strong supervision and mentoring
* Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans aligned with client goals
* Recommend and trial assistive technology and home modifications
* Build your confidence across private, NDIS, and aged care service streams
* Access weekly supervision and a full New Graduate Framework
* Use clinic-based cars available daily for all community travel
Learn from a Whole Team — Not Just OTs
You won't just be learning from experienced Occupational Therapists. You'll collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team including:
* Physiotherapists
* Occupational Therapy Assistants
* And a hands-on, supportive management team who are actively involved in your journey
