Are you looking for a challenging role in the high-performance electric motorcycle industry?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team. This full-time position offers a salary plus commissions, with an OTE of $110k+

As a Sales Executive at our company, you'll be the face of our brand for riders - creating engaging, compelling touchpoints that turn interest into ownership. You'll own the customer journey from the moment a lead enters our funnel to the day their motorcycle is delivered, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, personal and exciting.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' sales experience in a consultative, high-value product or lifestyle brand environment (automotive, EV, luxury goods, etc.). They will have a proven track record of converting leads into contracts and exceeding revenue targets. The person must be a confident communicator who can build rapport quickly with diverse audiences. They should also be tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM.

About this role:

* Manage all leads from initial enquiry through to bike delivery
* Proactively identify sales opportunities and convert them into contracts
* Keep HubSpot CRM fully updated with accurate notes, activity, and pipeline status
* Deliver timely, personalised communications to prospects and customers waiting for their bikes (build updates, delivery comms, etc.)
* Attend test ride days and brand events as a brand ambassador, building relationships and nurturing leads
* Collaborate with marketing to maximise campaign effectiveness and share customer insights
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, balancing conversion rate and revenue
* Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and be a trusted point of contact for riders

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 3+ years' sales experience in a consultative, high-value product or lifestyle brand environment
* Proven track record of converting leads into contracts and exceeding revenue targets
* Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly with diverse audiences
* Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM
* Highly organised with excellent follow-up discipline and attention to detail
* Comfortable with occasional interstate travel and representing the brand at events
* Passionate about motorcycles, EVs, or disruptive tech is a plus
