About the Role: This role is based at the POS Services hub at the front of our store. Your main responsibilities include: Processing customers sales through POS in a friendly and efficient manner Greeting, engaging and enabling customers entering the store to identify their needs and support their shopping experience Handling customer enquiries in regards to returns, exchanges and warranties Handling transactions efficiently at the register. Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products. Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for every shopper. Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service. Supporting in different departments across the store Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us at Anaconda. A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products Experience with face to face customer service Knowledge of POS systems and money handling Confidence in managing customer returns and warranty enquiries Strong communication skills and a friendly approach Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
