We provide structured, therapeutic support for people with disabilities and young people transitioning into independent living. The Opportunity
We are seeking a full‑time (Monday‑Friday) Team Leader for an immediate start based in Maitland to step into our working‑leadership model within one of our SIL homes.
This is a hands‑on leadership role working directly alongside your team while guiding, coaching, and ensuring consistency across the home.
You will:
* Provide daily leadership, supervision, direction, and mentoring
* Model trauma‑informed, professional practice
* Maintain structure, routines, boundaries, and consistency
* Oversee documentation, compliance, risk, and incident response
* Support participant routines, independence, wellbeing, and safety
* Build a strong, respectful, accountable team culture
* Communicate clearly, calmly, and confidently

Essential Requirements
* Cert IV or higher in Disability, Community Services, or related field
* Leadership or senior support experience within disability, NDIS, youth, or human services
* Strong understanding of SIL, NDIS standards, and quality frameworks
* Ability to lead teams in complex support environments
* Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, Driver's Licence
