The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced State Manager to lead the Perth branch in operation of a well-established national business. You'll oversee all aspects of branch performance from managing a skilled team of field service technicians through to financial oversight and customer engagement. This role suits a hands-on people focused leader who enjoys variety, accountability, and the challenge of driving growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage branch operations to deliver on safety, service, and profitability targets
Oversee field service and technical operations, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards
Manage budgets, P&L, and resource allocation effectively
Coach and develop a high-performing sales, service and support team
Build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and customer experience
Report on branch performance, risks, and growth opportunities
About You
Proven experience managing a branch, service centre, or technical operation
Demonstrated P&L management and commercial leadership skills
Mut have a strong background leading field service teams in an industrial or related sector
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people leadership skills
Hands-on, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
