About the Position
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll and finance processes. Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end payroll processing, including superannuation, tax compliance, and reconciliations (workforce of less than 500 employees)
- First point of contact for payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
- Preparing payroll-related reports, including month-end, year-end, and audit support
- Maintaining payroll and T&A; systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Assisting with finance tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and journal entries
- Supporting process improvements, system administration, and ad hoc projects

- Clear and confident communication skills, with a focus on positive and professional interactions
