* Develop a positive public image for the golf course and foster a secure environment for staff and patrons.
* Maintain the Pro Shop, including cleaning entry door glass.
* Report maintenance or course issues promptly.
* Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
* Clean and maintain the cart fleet and hire equipment.
* Handle cash transactions and balance tills accurately.
* Respond to bookings, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
* Assist with bar and kitchen tasks as needed.
* Support the head pro with corporate events and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Foster strong community relationships to promote the golf course.
2. Maintain the Pro Shop, ensuring it is clean and well-presented.
