Shape the product vision and drive execution across a fast-scaling business
Deliver differentiated platforms and unify product experiences
What you'll be doing
Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, balancing disruptive innovation with regulatory discipline.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organisation across Product Management, UX/UI, Product Operations, and Data & Insights.
Drive execution on product integration — merging, redesigning, and unifying multiple products into a single, compelling platform.
Partner closely with Technology, Engineering, Growth, and Compliance to deliver exceptional digital products at speed.
Champion customer-first design thinking and mobile-first product experiences.
Harness AI across the product suite to accelerate automation, improve advice delivery, and generate data-driven insights.
Deliver measurable growth outcomes — adoption, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
What we're looking for
10+ years in product leadership, including 5+ years in senior roles within high-growth tech companies (fintech, SaaS, platforms, neobanks, payments, or digital financial services).
Strong background in balancing rapid innovation with compliance and governance in regulated industries.
Demonstrated success integrating and re-platforming products, with clear examples of product redesign and large-scale execution.
Deep understanding of APIs, platform ecosystems, embedded finance, and digital customer experiences.
Exposure to AI/ML applications in product design and execution.
Commercially savvy with a growth mindset, and an inspirational leader who can attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Preference for candidates with backgrounds in world-class tech companies (Google, Salesforce, Atlassian, etc.) who bring fresh perspective and executional excellence.
