Role

We're looking for a driven, commercially minded Business Growth Coach who thrives on helping business owners grow — and isn't afraid to lead from the front.

This is a hands‑on, results‑driven role, combining coaching, training & development, and sales. You won't just advise — you'll diagnose problems, challenge thinking, support enrollment conversations, and hold clients accountable to real outcomes.

You'll work closely with business owners, the coaching team, and leadership to drive measurable growth across revenue, profit, hiring, and systems — while building strong relationships and momentum inside the program.

This role is ideal for someone hungry to grow into a high‑impact position, who wants real responsibility and the opportunity to develop quickly in a performance‑driven environment.


Who You Are

* You've coached, sold, or operated in a high position in the trades industry before — ideally a mix of all three. You have real‑world experience helping businesses grow through marketing, team development, systems, operations, or financial performance.
* You may not have decades of coaching experience yet — but you're hungry, capable, and ready to grow fast in a high‑performance environment.
* Background in trade or construction industries (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, builders) is highly valued, but not mandatory for the right person.
* You're direct and honest. You say what needs to be said — even when it's uncomfortable — because you care about results.
* You're strategic. You can see the full business picture and help owners move from chaos to clarity with practical plans.
* You're confident with numbers. You can read financials, explain them simply, and help business owners make better decisions.
* You're a strong communicator. You can lead 1:1 conversations, group sessions, and sales conversations with clarity, confidence, and energy.
* You understand accountability. You don't let people drift — you bring them back on track.
* You care deeply. You take pride in seeing clients grow, hire teams, step off the tools, and change their lives.
* You're adaptable. Every business is different, and you can shift gears quickly.
* You're organised. You keep clean notes, track progress, and always know where a client stands.
* You're comfortable inhybrid role — part coach, part growth and sales‑focused — and understand that strong outcomes and strong enrollment go hand in hand.


What You'll Do

* Coach business owners 1:1 across growth, hiring, systems, operations, and leadership.
* Run engaging group coaching sessions that drive accountability, momentum, and community.
* Support sales and enrollment conversations with prospective clients — identifying fit, diagnosing problems, and helping them commit to growth.
* Build and refine growth strategies across marketing, team, operations, and pricing.
* Guide clients through hiring, delegation, leadership transitions, and stepping off the tools.
* Help clients understand financial performance — improving cash flow, profit, and decision‑making.
* Track client progress closely, identify obstacles early, and redirect fast.Celebrate wins, reset losses, and keep clients moving forward.
* Collaborate with the coaching and sales team to improve systems, curriculum, and client experience.Maintain clean notes, documentation, and reporting to ensure consistent delivery.
* Work full-timein-office for at least the first 3 months, embedding into the team, systems, and culture before transitioning (if applicable).


What Success Looks Like

* Clients growing consistently in revenue, profit, hiring, and systemisation.
* Strong client retention because clients are seeing real results.
* High‑quality sales conversations that convert the right clients into the program.
* Clear, organised systems for client management and reporting.
* A strong group culture where clients feel supported, challenged, and driven.
* Clients hitting key milestones — first hire, scaling teams, stepping off the tools, full systemisation.
* A reputation as a coach who drives outcomes and growth.


Requirements

* Experience incoaching, training & development, sales, or business operations (hybrid backgrounds strongly preferred).
* 3+ years experience in a growth‑focused role (coaching, consulting, sales leadership, operations, or similar).
* Trade or construction industry exposure is highly valued but not essential.
* Strong understanding of marketing, systems, team, financials, and operations.
* Confidence leading both coaching conversations and sales conversations.
* High emotional intelligence paired with direct communication.
* Comfortable reading, explaining, and discussing financial reports.
* Strong organisational, documentation, and follow‑through skills.
* Willingness to workfull‑time in-office for the first 3 months .
* A genuine desire to make clients' lives better — and the drive to grow into a high‑impact role.
