We are currently seeking an IT System Developer to join our Applications team based in the Milton office.

Tasks - Actively participate in the delivery of technology-based Business Improvement initiatives;

• Design, configure, develop and test solutions aligned with established patterns;
• Use problem solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot, support and maintain existing solutions;
• Work across the broad solution portfolio including applications, integrations and data, gaining experience in a diverse range of technologies and platforms;
• Stay current through ongoing professional development and propose improvement initiatives.

Requirements - Degree in IT or related disciplines, or equivalent operational experience;

• 2-4 years software development experience, using modern programming languages (e.g. C#, Python, JavaScript);
• Experience with low code / no code tools and process automations (Power platforms);
• Understanding and worked with relational databases (SQL, Postgres, MySQL);
• Solid understanding of data structures, integrations and how information moves between systems (REST API / JSON);
• Any AI, Copilot and MCPAligned Capabilities;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
• Clear communication and documentation skills to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.
