Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership and direction to allied health services

* Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of allied health services and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g. medicine, nursing, public health)
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Strong understanding of change management principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
