Position: Maintenance Planner
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $76,515 plus superannuation per annum
Location: Arundel, Gold Coast, Queensland.
Our client Dimension Stone is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team located in Arundel, Gold Coast, Queensland.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Assess operational issues and introduce measures to improve asset reliability
* Support the creation and ongoing review of engineering and maintenance standards
* Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with workplace safety procedures and legislative requirements
* Produce maintenance documentation and contribute to ongoing evaluations and audit requirements
* Operate CMMS platforms to monitor maintenance tasks, update asset data, and produce reporting outputs
* Implement structured maintenance systems aimed at increasing reliability and efficiency
* Coordinate and organise maintenance schedules, including routine servicing and planned shutdowns
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational uptime and efficiency
* Oversee parts ordering, stock levels, and inventory accuracy
* Track maintenance budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
* Oversee and guide maintenance planning functions across the site
Requirements
* At least three years of relevant experience
