Human Resources Advisor
Australian Ceramics Engineering (ACE) is a market leader in the supply of wear protection systems, providing clients with complete material handling solutions—including design, fabrication and on-site support—across Australia and internationally.
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Advisor to join our growing team. Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources, this is a hands‐on generalist role with a strong focus on building and embedding consistent HR frameworks, supporting leaders, and driving scalable people practices across the business.
Based at our Canning Vale facility, this role will play a key part in building and embedding scalable HR practices as the business continues to grow and evolve.

What you will do
Partner closely with leaders to drive consistent and effective people practices, providing both support and challenge where required.
Act as the first point of escalation for performance, conduct and employee relations matters, providing practical and commercially sound advice.
Lead the review, development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and frameworks, ensuring alignment and consistency across the business.
Support the design and rollout of performance management and appraisal processes to drive accountability and performance outcomes.
Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of HR systems, templates and processes.
Assist with workforce planning, data and reporting to support strategic decision making.
In collaboration with the Recruitment Advisor, support recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a consistent and high‐quality employee experience.
What you will bring
4 to 7 years' experience in a generalist HR role, with demonstrated experience building or improving HR frameworks, policies or processes.
Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, including Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act.
Proven ability to partner with leaders and influence outcomes, including managing performance and employee relations matters.
Experience working in a fast‐paced or growing business, with the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Strong communication, problem solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience with Employment Hero or similar HRIS is highly regarded.
