Description & Requirements
Due to continued growth, Monadelphous is looking for 2x Mechanical Supervisors to join the team at our Goldfields Branch. This is a Casual based role initially, with ongoing Local & DIDO work opportunities within the Goldfields area. The successful candidates will see themselves leading teams of Mechanical Crews on various project works including structural, piping installation, tank refurbishments and asset integrity. The ideal candidate will need to have had a previous experience of Goldfields sites' conditions. First nations people and female are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising Mechanical Teams of Boilermakers, Fitters, Riggers and Trade Assistants performing works efficiently.
* Work with engineering team to Interpret project technical information and ensures work is performed in accordance with relevant standards and specifications.
* Lead site teams, following established safety procedures and work practices
* Review and sign off on Risk Assessments and permits for work tasks performed on site
* Conduct pre-start briefings in alignment with the information provided to ensure all team members are informed and prepared
* Upholding the Monadelphous Safety Standards
What you'll bring:
* Ideally 2-5 years experience minimum in a Supervisory role
* Knowledge of Goldfields clients is desirable
* Must hold WHS Supervisor Certificate (or have the capacity to obtain one)
* Proof of Right to Work in Australia
* Ability to pass National Police Clearance
* Dedication to the safety, well-being and future development of your team
