Office Space Coordinator
The Workplace Operations and Experience Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office space. This includes providing excellent customer service, hosting clients and employees, and ensuring that the space runs smoothly from a technical and operational standpoint.
This role involves building connections and employee engagement by delivering on internal and external events and activations, community meetups, and client workshops. It also requires maintaining information in appropriate systems relating to health and safety, maintenance, sustainability, asset management, or budgeting.
In addition, the coordinator will provide first-level support to employees with processes such as travel booking, facilities use, collaboration tools, and device usage. They will also assist with logistics related to onboarding and offboarding of devices and troubleshoot and fix building maintenance and technology issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in operating an office environment and events, basic knowledge of device and SaaS technologies, and a willingness to learn workplace technologies.

This is a full-time in-office role with flexibility to adjust core working hours to support after-hours events.
