Salary: $77,000+ per annum (plus superannuation)

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals to fill Restaurant Manager positions across multiple levels within our Food & Beverage operations. This permanent full-time opportunity is key to maintaining high service and operational standards. Successful candidates will oversee service operations, lead teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day restaurant and/or bar operations
* Lead, supervise, and support Food & Beverage teams
* Prepare rosters and manage staffing levels
* Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
* Monitor labour costs, service quality, and operational performance
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training
* Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and hygiene legislation
* Resolve guest concerns and drive service improvements
* Prepare reports including sales, stock, and manning structure
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant or F&B management role
* Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
* Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in a five-star hotel or premium dining venue
* Knowledge of financial reporting, labour control, and cost management
* Experience with Opera, Micros, or similar systems
* Relevant hospitality qualifications
