What role will you play?
As a Data Product Manager, you will leverage your skills in stakeholder management, business analysis, and data management to drive the delivery of data initiatives and transformation across the business. Your responsibilities include understanding business needs, ensuring successful execution, and maintaining data integrity, quality, and accuracy across all data systems, aligned with strategic objectives.
You will collaborate extensively with various business units within Macquarie, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their functions. Working closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams, you will document requirements and ensure seamless communication and execution of data projects.
What you offer
* 5-7 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst within Banking and Financial Services.
* Excellent stakeholder management, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, acting as a translator.
* Proven skills in documenting requirements and end-to-end workflows.
* Experience supporting data and change initiatives within organizations.
* Strategic mindset and ability to communicate a clear vision.
* Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.
* A degree in computer science, finance, or related fields is advantageous.
* Knowledge of financial market concepts, such as order and trade lifecycles, is beneficial.
