ACOR Consultants - Graduate Engineer Program
ACOR is a national, employee-owned engineering consulting firm offering a full range of specialist engineering services across multiple sectors. We are seeking applications for the 2026 Graduate program across various disciplines.
Graduates will join established teams and contribute to projects in different sectors, with a formal graduate development program included in the 2-year program. A permanent full-time role is offered upon acceptance into the Graduate Program.
Requirements
* Recent, relevant engineering qualifications required.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Interest in engineering design and project management.
* High level of organisational skills.
* Only considering applications from Australian Citizens eligible for baseline security clearance.
About the role
As a Graduate Engineer, you'll support the success of ACOR, both locally and on a national level. You will join established teams and be an active contributor to projects spanning various sectors.
Expect to:
* Work with established engineers to understand project scopes and deliverables.
* Develop design projects or components of projects through all phases of design development.
* Attend client meetings alongside senior engineers.
* Participate in design and safety reviews and risk assessments.
Graduate Program
Our 2-year Graduate Program includes:
* Monthly training sessions supporting skill development in project management, personal brand, business development, leadership, and consulting.
* A comprehensive support network including a technical mentor and program coordinator.
* A three-day boot camp where all grads come together.

Applications for our 2026 intake are open until 10th of April 2025, with assessments and interviews occurring in June and July 2025. Our Graduate Program will commence in February 2026.
