Workfast are currently seeking experienced Asbestos Labourers for ongoing work in Canberra with a reputable asbestos removal and hazardous waste contractor. This role will involve assisting with asbestos removal projects across commercial and residential sites while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.

Duties may include:
* Assisting with non-friable and friable asbestos removal
* Site preparation, containment setup and clean-up
* Handling and disposal of hazardous materials in line with safety procedures
* Following strict WHS and asbestos safety protocols
* General labouring and assisting supervisors on site
What We’re Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Valid Asbestos Removal Tickets (required):
o Non-Friable Asbestos
o Friable Asbestos
* Minimum 12 months experience in construction, demolition, or heritage stonework (Australia or overseas)
* Valid White Card
* Own PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, steel cap boots)
* Strong reliability and work ethic
* A strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures
