The Sales Consultant is directly responsible for dealing with incoming enquiries as well as seeking out new opportunities for sales. Our client is a market leader in outdoor swimming pools, and has a range of innovative products.
Responsibilities will include;
Greets all customers promptly; provides timely qualified service.
Completes customer paperwork promptly and accurately.
Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.
Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
Organise and carry out a vehicle demonstration drive with all walk-in customers
Sales
You will need;
Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role.
Exepceing in working with construction secor or buidklers highly souft.
Full valid driving licence
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously when needed and work cohesively as part of a fast-paced team
IT literate, and familiar with web-based process and stock management systems
Professional & courteous manner with both customers and fellow staff
Be punctual and reliable
