Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Intern – AI Automation QA Solution Engineer to join our Solution Architecture team.
This role is designed for candidates who are passionate about software quality engineering, test automation, and applying AI to improve testing efficiency and reliability. You will work closely with Solution Architects, QA Engineers, and Pre-Sales teams to design, prototype, and demonstrate AI-powered automation testing solutions for enterprise clients.
This internship is a clear pathway to becoming an Automation QA Engineer or AI Solution Engineer.
Support Solution Architects in analyzing client quality challenges, test automation needs, and non-functional requirements.
Assist in preparing technical solution proposals, demos, and PoCs focused on automation QA and AI-assisted testing.
Help showcase how AI can improve test coverage, test generation, defect detection, and maintenance cost reduction.
Design and implement test automation frameworks (UI, API, and integration tests) using modern tools.
Apply AI/LLM capabilities to QA use cases such as:
* Automated test case generation from requirements or user stories
* Intelligent test script creation and self-healing tests
* AI-assisted defect analysis and test optimization
Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate AI-powered QA solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
Work with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
Integrate automation tests with DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Assist in deploying QA automation and AI services on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Support integration of QA tools with enterprise systems (Jira, Test Management tools, CI/CD systems).
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, AI engineers, and pre-sales teams in agile environments.
Clearly communicate technical ideas, PoC results, and solution value in English.
Continuously explore new AI trends in software testing and quality engineering and propose improvements.
Must-Have
* Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields.
* Solid foundation in software testing concepts (functional testing, regression, automation basics).
* Basic experience or strong interest in test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
* Understanding of AI/LLMs and their application in software engineering (e.g., OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering).
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business and quality problems into technical solutions.
* Proactive learner, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Nice-to-Have
* Experience with AI-assisted testing, test generation, or QA automation PoCs.
* Familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar LLM tooling.
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or test reporting tools (Allure, ReportPortal).
* Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
* Basic understanding of MLOps or AI lifecycle management.
Allowance
Up to 4,000,000 VND/month (Training contract: 2 months)
Probation salary after training: Negotiable based on performance
