As part of our continued growth, we are seeking experienced General Insurance Brokers to join our teams in Adelaide and Brisbane.
The position:
- Ability to write new business, renewals and endorsements
- Ability to network and build relationships with stakeholders
- Manage leads from joint venture partners
- Build rapport with recent clients and maintain strong working relationships
- Advise clients on appropriate insurance cover based on their needs
- Negotiate insurance policies with insurers
The ideal candidate:
- At least 2 years experience in the insurance industry (Tier 1 required)
- Proven track record in a sales environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Meet sales targets and earn monthly commissions
- Develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Highly Drive, Self-motivated
- Positive can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with SCTP and Sunrise system is an advantage
