The Employer
Our clients run a family-owned sheep and broadacre cropping station, irrigating 1,500 hectares of land with a rotation of summer crops, such as cotton and corn, as well as winter cereals and pastures. They also own an additional property of 400 hectares, with 100 hectares dedicated to rice cultivation, which is located closer to Deniliquin.
The clients are committed to supporting the right individuals to succeed in farming. Their vision is to enhance both the production and economic potential of their business while fostering a dynamic team that shares their core values of integrity, accountability, and sustainability. They aim to help team members develop their skills and reach their full potential alongside the business.

Your responsibilities will also encompass commercial and budget management, labour planning, operational leadership, and stakeholder engagement. You will need to ensure compliance and maintain accurate records.
Effective communication is essential, as you will collaborate with the Farm Manager, consultants, staff, contractors, and agronomists to align technical and business priorities, all while adhering to WHS regulations and budgetary guidelines.
The Offer
This amazing opportunity offers a market-competitive salary based on experience including a work vehicle and a well-maintained three-bedroom cottage with a garden and garage. You will also enjoy flexible work arrangements tailored to your needs.

The Ideal Candidate
