The applicants will essentially:
* be self-motivated, highly organised and enthusiastic, with strong people skills
* have the responsibility of handling individual matters from start to finish, including sale and purchase of residential, subdivision, commercial files and leases
* liaise with clients, banks, real estate agents and third-parties to prepare all required legal documents, order searches and arrange settlements
* be proficient with PEXA settlements
LEAP software experience essential.
