We are a reputable organization with 30 years of history in the Finance industry. We are looking for skilled and resilient Collections Specialists to join our team in Mitcham
**In this role, you will**:
- Manage work schedules, skips and location files
- Follow up on leads and sub-contractors
- Use skip trace techniques to locate assets or debtors for recovery purposes
- Negotiate the return of assets or the payment of debts
- Arrange repossession of assets
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Previous Collections & Recoveries experience, preferably in skip trace
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- A proactive & investigative mindset
