How you'll contribute:
* Provide timely, strategic, and expert advice to the Associate Director-General, Director-General, and Premier on Cabinet and committee matters, as well as on key policy and legislative issues impacting the government at state and national levels.
* Build and strengthen relationships across government, ministerial offices, industry, and community stakeholders to advance policy development and coordination activities.
* Identify and address high‐risk public policy issues, ensuring robust risk mitigation strategies and innovative, evidence‐based solutions.
* Lead a high‐performing team, fostering a culture of good governance, collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver on strategic objectives and achieve best practice in policy development.
What you'll bring to the role:
Extensive leadership experience in service delivery, stakeholder engagement and strategy implementation across the public, private, or non‐profit sectors. With a proven ability to foster collaboration and deliver innovative public policy, you will be committed to good governance, professional ethics, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will drive impactful outcomes and inspire a high‐performing team.
