About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering innovative digital solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct In-Depth Client Workshops
Engage with clients to understand their business needs, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation priorities.
* Recommend ServiceNow Solutions
Provide expert advice on ServiceNow solutions that can streamline service operations, support risk and compliance initiatives, and enhance customer experience.
* Demonstrate ServiceNow Capabilities
Showcase how ServiceNow's Customer & Industry Workflows address FSI-specific use cases such as complaint handling, loan and claims servicing, onboarding and KYC, agent assist in contact centers, and front-to-back process orchestration.
Working Collaboratively
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic programs like front-to-back digitization, AI-assisted service operations, straight-through processing, and conduct risk reduction.
Insightful Decision Making
Provide actionable insights to product management based on the unique needs of the FSI sector, including inputs on open banking, regulatory reporting, and integration with core banking systems.
