PR & Community Partnerships Manager | Sydney | Onsite
We're partnering with a leading Australian fashion eCommerce brand to find a PR & Community Partnerships Manager to join their Sydney-based marketing team.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of brand storytelling, responsible for owning and scaling an Ambassador Program, driving earned media, and building organic brand partnerships that create cultural relevance across ANZ and globally. You'll report into the Brand Director and work closely with marketing, creative, eCommerce and the US-based PR team to deliver campaigns that get people talking.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and scale the Ambassador Program across ANZ, micro-influencers, high-volume gifting and organic community growth
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with fashion, lifestyle and entertainment media to drive earned coverage
* Develop and execute PR strategies, press releases, media kits and compelling brand stories
* Identify and execute brand-to-brand collaborations that expand audience reach organically
* Partner with the US PR team to ensure global brand consistency across campaigns and ambassador moments
* Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, eCommerce, events and product teams
* Manage and mentor the PR Coordinator
* Track ambassador performance, gifting ROI, earned media value and campaign results
* Manage PR budgets with a high-impact, low-cost mindset
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in PR, influencer marketing, community management or related fields
* Strong background in fashion, beauty or lifestyle
* Proven experience building or scaling ambassador, creator or influencer programs at scale
* Strong media and influencer network across Australia and New Zealand
* Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating across global markets
* Strategic thinker with a hands‐on approach to execution
* Highly organised with strong project management and communication skills
* Leadership or team management experience preferred
