ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Breakfast Cook, you’ll take pride in delivering fresh, delicious breakfasts that start our guests’ day on a high note. You’ll:
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes for the dining room and room service
- Present and restock our stylish buffet
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Manage kitchen ordering and inventory for breakfast service
- Assist afternoon teams with prep for following shifts
ABOUT YOU:
You love mornings, thrive in the kitchen, and are ready to bring a positive vibe to every shift! You’ll also have:
- Efficiency and organisation — you stay cool and calm in busy moments
- A team-first attitude and genuine passion for outstanding food
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A strong understanding of food safety and WHS/HACCP principles
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Reliability and a “can do” mindset
