Your Purpose

About You
* AHPRA or ESSA registration
* Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Reg. Nursing, or Physiotherapy
* Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Innovative mindset: We value staff who bring new ideas to the table
The Role
* Collaborate with treatment providers, including doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals, to ensure optimal recovery outcomes
* Provide clinical opinions and reports to justify treatment plans
* Visit workplaces regularly to understand job demands and support safe, timely return to work or ongoing maintenance
* Educate workplaces on injury management and prevention
* Build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes
