Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off (FIFO from Perth)
Duration: Up to 24 months
Resolute Project Group is seeking an experienced Site Planner to support delivery of a significant multi-year program in Geraldton. This role is embedded within the site delivery team and will play a critical role in schedule control, contractor coordination, and performance reporting.
This is not a back-office planning role — we need someone comfortable in the field, working directly with construction leads and contractors to drive schedule integrity and recovery.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining detailed Level 4–5 construction schedules in Primavera P6
* Integrating contractor schedules into the master program
* Conducting weekly progress validation with field supervisors
* Performing critical path and float analysis
* Identifying and escalating schedule risks and recovery opportunities
* Supporting look-ahead planning
* Preparing weekly and monthly reporting (S-curves, variance analysis, narrative)
* Participating in risk reviews and change impact assessments
About You
We are looking for a planner who:
* Has 5+ years' experience in site-based construction planning
* Is highly proficient in Primavera P6
* Understands construction sequencing and field productivity
* Is confident engaging with superintendents and contractor PMs
* Can challenge constructively and maintain schedule discipline
* Has experience in major projects ($50m+ packages preferred)
* Holds full Australian working rights
