Overview
A well‑established private billing medical centre in the heart of the Sunshine Coast is seeking a VR GP to join their experienced and friendly team. This opportunity suits a GP seeking strong earnings, flexible working arrangements and the chance to practise in a modern, purpose‑built facility with excellent clinical and nursing support.
Pay rate: Initial guarantee of $180 per hour or 70% of billings (whichever is higher) for the first 3 months, after that 65% ongoing. Lump sum incentives and relocation assistance available.
The Practice
This modern, purpose‑built medical centre is well established within its local community and operates out of a contemporary clinical facility. The practice is fully private-billing and currently supports a team of six GPs. The premises feature 10 spacious consulting rooms, allowing for efficient workflows and growth.
Clinical support is a key strength of the practice, with three registered nurses onsite, including support for chronic disease management, as well as a fully equipped treatment room with three beds. Additional allied health support includes onsite podiatry, enhancing continuity of care and patient outcomes. The clinic currently operates on ZedMed software, with a planned transition to Best Practice.
The practice is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with no evenings or weekends required.

Essential Criteria
* An interest/skills in Dermatology would be highly welcomed but is not essential
* Non-DPA position.
* Australian Permanent Residency or Australian or New Zealand citizenship required.
* GPs holding Specialist Registration with AHPRA are eligible for this role.
