Requirements for Geology Roles
* A degree in Geology (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in an exploration role
* Physically fit and able to pass medical and drug/alcohol screening
* Full Australian working rights
Field Crew Roles
* Camp / Logistics Managers
* Senior Field Assistants
* Field Assistants
* Camp Cooks & Site Chefs
Requirements for Field Crew Roles
* A valid WA driver's licence
* Ability to pass a medical and drug & alcohol clearance
* Experience in remote or exploration site work
* Additional certifications (e.g. First Aid, White Card, 4WD, HR/MR Licence, Forklift, Excavator) are highly regarded but not essential for all roles.
