We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support the recruitment and placement of temporary and casual MHE operators across warehousing and logistics operations in Brisbane. What you'll be doing You'll manage a busy temporary recruitment desk, supporting day‑to‑day and short‑notice labour needs across multiple sites. This will include: Recruiting and placing temporary and casual MHE operators (forklift, reach truck, high‑reach and warehouse roles) Building and maintaining a pool of reliable, work‑ready candidates Working closely with site leaders to understand labour requirements and operational pressures Screening candidates, verifying licences and managing pre‑employment requirements Ensuring all recruitment activity meets safety, compliance and policy standards Keeping candidates and stakeholders informed and supported throughout assignments Maintaining accurate records and systems to support payroll and compliance What you'll bring You may bring: Experience recruiting within warehousing, logistics or industrial environments, particularly temp or casual labour Hands‑on experience as an MHE operator, with a strong understanding of licences, equipment, safety and site expectations, and an interest in moving into recruitment You'll also have: A positive, people‑focused approach Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage changing priorities Clear, friendly communication and a team‑oriented mindset Willingness to learn recruitment processes and systems (training provided where needed) Why join us?
